WInter 2013-2014 in Rochester, NY has brought extra amounts of snow, ice and frigid cold temperatures that have not been experienced in years. Perhaps Global warming is manifesting some of its consequences through the drastic weather conditions across our country and around the world. Enjoy the beauty that every day has to offer.
