Hello Friends! We wanted to share the joys of tending and harvesting our own blueberries and fruit trees! These ones are still growing and we are looking forward to sparkling delicious juicy-ness very soon! We have planted eighteen blueberry bushes since last year and our small fruit orchard has four each of pear, apple, nectarine and plum trees! We are exploring the idea of beekeeping to promote pollination of our trees for next season. This spring was a weird one for local farmers and proof of this is that we have only four apples blooming for all the trees in our orchard! We appreciate all farmers both small and large scale for what you do! More pics to come of our beautiful gardens blooming throughout the month of July.
