Fall has arrived and JonJohn’s Bakery is FULLY embracing all the flavors! We have pumpkin, apple galore, sweet potatoes, cheesecake, sugar cookies are back – and we are loving it.
We had a busy summer full of beautiful days at the market interacting with all our favorite friends, but we’re ready to embrace the cooler weather (if it ever gets here) and all the gorgeous sweet and savory tastes that come along with it. Jonathan has been hard at work in the bakery developing some new October desserts and bringing back some fan-favorites.
Last week, to celebrate our last U of R Market day, we debuted Cinnamon Bun Apple Cobbler, and brought back our O Cookie Cheesecake Brownies and Bourbon Bread Pudding. If your mouth is watering, you can find us every Sunday at the Brighton Farmer’s Market where we’ll be until December 31st.
And how about sweet potato pie! Locally grown sweet potatoes, fresh Crispin apples from Noto Farms, buttery crust… perfect for breakfast, an after-dinner treat, or let’s be real: ANYTIME.
Jonathan is really thrilled about bringing back bourbon bread pudding. Dense, luscious, and full of gooey bourbon sauce with just the hint of spice. It’s a party in your mouth! Mmmmmmm… get the fall festivities started.
