Congratulations to the bride and groom! October 20, 2012

JonJohn’s Bakery create a select number of wedding cakes each year. This cake was created on the special request of a friend for their wedding on October 20. The bottom  and middle tiers are 2-layer french vanilla/grandma’s breakfast cake with a bavarian custard filling. The top tier is beyond chocolate cake with peanut butter filling at the Groom’s request. The cake has our whipped cream frosting in a rosette style and is docorated with organic flowers including passion flowers and mint leaves and flowers. Frosting design by our friend Katelyn. Flowers by Tracy at Herbly Wonderful. We are pround to use only the finest natural ingredients and organic floral decor on our special occasion and wedding cakes.
